IOWA CITY, Iowa - - University of Iowa head football coach Kirk Ferentz confirmed Wednesday that defensive back Nico Law will transfer from the Hawkeye football program,
“Nico has decided to transfer from the University of Iowa and complete his athletic and academic careers elsewhere,” said Ferentz.  “We wish him the best with his decision.”
Law, a native of Clinton, Maryland, has played three seasons for the Hawkeyes.  He saw limited action in all 13 games a year ago, recording four solo tackles and one assist.
Law was arrested in Iowa City on Friday night for a disorderly conduct misdemeanor.
