Mayweather Opponent Explains Why Conor McGregor Will Lose

Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero has been in a boxing ring with Floyd Mayweather, which is why he says UFC star Conor McGregor has no chance of beating the unbeaten former world champion when they meet on Aug. 26 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Guerrero, a former two-division world champion, faced Mayweather for the welterweight championship on May 4, 2013, in Las Vegas, losing a one-sided decision. Guerrero, of Gilroy, Calif., is as tough as they come, but he couldn’t land a damaging blow over 12 rounds. He connected on just 19 percent of the 581 punches he threw at Mayweather and lost 117-111 on all three scorecards.
