The collusion case between Colin Kaepernick and the NFL is a thing of the past. The case between the two came to a close behind closed doors on Friday and a confidentiality agreement with keep most of the details under lock and key.

Speculation around Kaepernick's future however is not locked up by court documents and Dan Beyer and Mike Harmon did just Sunday on Fox Sports Radio. Will the collusion conclusion open a door to a return to the NFL for Kaepernick or will teams still choose to stay away from the media lightning rod?
