The Arizona Cardinals got thumped by the Los Angeles Rams in the Wild Card round of the NFL Playoffs last night and were not even competitive. The entire squad, including HC Kliff Kingsbury and especially QB Kyler Murray, looked overmatched, almost like they didn’t belong on the same field. But Doug reminds us that they are young and inexperienced so their prospects for the future are still good. This will be a great learning experience and we should see them remain competitive for years in the league.
Doug Gottlieb: “Kyler Murray looked shell-shocked. He looked like a guy who was a college quarterback that couldn’t play quarterback in the NFL, and I hadn’t seen him look like that, really ever...he just didn’t look comfortable.”
